What is the free account?
With a free account you can manage 1 project with 3 users and can
store files upto 25MB. You can use the free account until you feel you
need more projects or storage space to manage your growing projects.
You may then sign-up for any of the paid plans of your choice.
Can I change from the free plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a paid plan at anytime from the "Settings" link in your DeskAway account.
Why should I choose the yearly payment option?
If you choose the yearly payment option, you get two months free! This is a great saving, and that's why we recommend it.
Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes, you can login to your account and cancel your account at anytime. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any months already paid for and we do not pro-rate for partial months. If money is due back to you (in case of a downgrade), your account will be extended for the amount of money due.
