1. Can contacts be linked to a project?
Not at the moment. We might add this functionality in the future. Currently, the Contact section behaves like a company address book.

2. Who can add a contact?
Any team member can add a contact.

3. Who can delete a contact?
The person who has created the contact and the Super User can delete the contact.

4. Can I share my contacts with other users?
Yes. When adding a new contact, you can choose whether to keep the contact private, to share with other departments, Super Users or everyone.

5. Can I hide my personal contacts from other team members?
Yes. When you create a "personal" contact, the contact is automatically hidden from other team members. No one can access your personal contacts.

6. What is the Notes section used for when adding a contact?
In the Notes section, you can add details of where you met the contact or a reference person, as a reminder for the future. Anything useful related to the contact can be added here.

7. What is the significance of a label?
A Label is a way of organizing your contacts better. For eg. "Trade Fair 2007" could be a label, with all your contacts from the trade fair listed in there. You can create labels from the left side panel.

8. How many labels can we add?
There is no limit on the number of labels you can have.

9. Which Contacts will be termed as Sensitive Contacts?
Those contacts that have certain information that you would like to keep private, are termed as "sensitive contacts". For instance if you are the CEO of a company and just met with Bill Gates, you may consider him a sensitive contact and decide to keep his information hidden from other team members.

10. Should I add a Company before adding its contact?
Yes! It is better to add a Company first and then add contacts to that company. This way all your contacts can be stored Company-wise as well (particularly helpful in case you know more than one person from a company).

11. How many contacts/ companies can be added in the Contact section?
There is no limit to the number of Contacts or Companies that can be added.

12. How do you add messages or comments for each contact?
Click on "Add Contact" and then "Click to add more information". This will give you additional form fields. You can use the "Notes" field to add more information about the contact.

13. I am a Super User, still I can't access the Contacts section. What am I doing wrong?

14. How can I delete my Companies?
Go to the "Contact: Company" section. Keep your mouse cursor on the "Delete" link of the Company.
