How are you using DeskAway and what value is it providing your team? Were you using any other tool or method before DeskAway?
We use DeskAway mainly to track tasks and client's change requests. We did not use anything prior to Deskaway.

Was there a learning curve associated with DeskAway? How did your team adapt to a new application?
Yes, there was a little learning curve but on the whole it was very easy to adapt.

What features does your team use the most?
Tasks is by far the most widely used feature. Other than that we also use Issues.

Are you emailing (sending tasks, attachments etc.) less because of DeskAway?
Yes, absolutely.

How has DeskAway helped in lowering project costs, profitability or improving efficiency?
I do believe DeskAway has improved efficiency because we are far more able to track work in-progress.
