How are you using DeskAway and what value is it providing your team?
We are organized into multiple teams each comprising of a team manager, multiple team leaders and executives. The following are different ways in which DeskAway helps us with client project management:
Were you using any other tool before DeskAway?
- Project related tasks can be queued and monitored effectively.
- Instead of email, most of the internal communication can be done using DeskAway messages and comments.
- DeskAway also acts like a repository of project related documents. Version control and handling changes becomes easier.
We mostly used email and spreadsheet files for the delegating and managing tasks.
Was there a learning curve associated with DeskAway? How did your team adapt to a new application?
Learning curve was actually quite short. The interface is very intuitive and we saw our team adapt to DeskAway quite fast.
What features does your team use the most?
We find the task management feature most useful.
Are you emailing (sending tasks, attachments etc.) less because of DeskAway?
How has DeskAway helped in lowering project costs, profitability or improving efficiency?
It has increased communication efficiency which indirectly contributes to lower project costs.
