How are you using DeskAway and what value is it providing your team? Were you using any other tool or method before DeskAway?
We are using DeskAway for our SEO content writing, articles, and Press Releases. We were not using anything before DeskAway. DeskAway provides a lot of value because we communicate with SEO writers who are across the country. This makes it very simple to contact them about our needs, and their assignments.
Can you give a specific incident or example when DeskAway was really useful when managing or getting a project completed?
Every month we have several articles and press releases that need to be written. With Deskaway, we can provide all of the necessary information via Tasks, and then set deadlines so they are completed on time. We can also assign them to the appropriate person without any hassle.
Was there a learning curve associated with DeskAway? How did your team adapt to a new application?
There was a slight learning curve. Once you figure it out, it's very easy to get used to.
What features does your team use the most?
We use task lists and tasks the most. Then, we send several documents, which is easy and convenient through DeskAway.
Are you emailing (sending tasks, attachments etc.) less because of DeskAway?
Yes, certainly less emailing due to DeskAway.
How has DeskAway helped in lowering project costs, profitability or improving efficiency?
It saves us efficiency via email and phone, all in one interface. We could manage doing it another way without losing profit, but DeskAway is certainly efficient.
Are there any other thoughts that you would want to share with us regarding our service, product etc.?
DeskAway is a very helpful product for our company.
